30-day returns: Not happy? Email oontz@cambridgesoundworks.com within 30 days. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. This applies to all orders, including sale items.

1-year warranty: Every OontZ is covered by our 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, handled by the Cambridge SoundWorks engineering team — not a third-party returns desk.
